We're super excited to offer a great opportunity for a Property Manager to join our dynamic team at Landmark Harcourts. 

Our Property Management department continues to grow at an exciting rate due to our high standard of service, strong processes and cutting edge technology. The successful applicant will need:

  • Excellent communication and negotiation skills

  • Strong administration skills and attention to detail

  • The ability to create a positive impression with both landlords and tenants

  • A solutions-based attitude and professional presentation

  • An ability to work under limited supervision

  • Proactive, punctual and reliable

  • A current police check and driver’s licence

Previous property management or similar experience is preferred but not essential.  The successful applicant will require a current
Agent’s Representative certificate or the capacity to complete this training quickly.
